Fabulous opportunity to join a small start up office of a 25 year old company selling consumer product line in USA. Sales are strong despite the economic climate and the office is growing. 60% of time would be taking inbound calls from consumers with regard to product information and availability as well as problem solving consumer complaints.
40% of time would be supporting the busy CEO with regard to travel arrangements, both domestic and international, expense reporting, meeting schedules and phone screening. Highly visible position with ample opportunity for growth
Requirements:
1-3 years customer service experience with consumer products/consumers
Strong communication ability both written and verbal
Detail oriented, ability to prioritize and follow through
MS Office skills
